THE Club is aware of videos on social media of an incident between spectators towards the end of Friday’s game JD Cymru North game.
Colwyn Bay Football Club condemns such behaviour, which has no place at our club or within football.
We wish to remind everyone that these actions will not be tolerated by the club and we will collectively work together, alongside the police, to bring offenders to justice and stamp this out of our game.
A person guilty of a Section 4A Public Order Act Offences can receive anything from a financial penalty or up to 26 weeks imprisonment. As with all football related offences, the Courts can, and in all likelihood will also consider the imposition of a Football Banning Order.
Llanelian Road has always been a safe place for all fans to enjoy a day out at the football and we will ensure this continues to happen at all future games.
