In the years since Donald Trump has been in the political world, has he ever actually laughed? That's the question being asked by a potential Kamala Harris Vice Presidential nominee, and now by Mark Cuban. And the billionaire is willing to put money on it.
The debate was started by Minnesota's Democratic Governor Tim Walz, who recently taunted Fox News for the fact that the Republican Party is unable to shed its elderly and unpopular presidential nominee, Trump. Walz is thought to be one of the top possibilities to be Harris' running mate.
In a separate speech, Walz labeled Trump and his choice for V.P., J.D. Vance, as "weird."

"Have you ever seen the guy laugh?" Walz asked CNN. "That seems very weird to me.. that an adult can go through 6.5 years of being in the public eye... if he's laughed, it's at someone, not with someone. That is weird behavior."
That question caught the eye of Cuban, a known Trump critic who recently went to war with one of Trump's top defenders in the media (Fox News).
On Sunday, Cuban took to social media with the intention of placing a bet.
Cuban tagged Nick Tomaino, who founded a cryptocurrency fund, 1confirmation, in 2017, and asked him, "Can we get a money line on [Polymarket] if Trump belly laughs prior to the election?"
Cuban then added where he would place his own cash.
"I’ll take the under 1 belly laugh," the billionaire stated.
Cuban then asked if former U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara is down to bet. Cuban also tagged former Trump administration employee Anthony Scaramucci, as well as Vance and Harris.
For its part, Polymarket, the world's largest prediction market, appeared to agree with the plan.
"You got it boss," the market wrote on social media.
