MAYA Jama puts on a showstopping display in a pink mini dress as she returns to the villa tonight – just days after her split from Stormzy.
The TV presenter, who announced she had parted ways with the Vosi Pop rapper, 31, earlier this month, dazzles in a fuchsia frilly dress.
Maya, 29, appears to have put her split behind her as she struts into the villa in the plunging little number and a pair of strappy heels.
In tonight’s episode, stunning host Maya heads into the villa to drop a huge bombshell.
Leaving the Islanders gobsmacked by her arrival, Maya greets them as she says: “Hello my honeys.”
She then reveals the results of last night’s vote.
Maya tells them: “Last night, you each chose two couples who you thought were least compatible.”
Now that the Villa is made aware of what their fellow Islanders think of their relationships, one girl says to her partner: “It’s expected.”
Another girl remarks of one result: “That is savage.”
Revealing which couples are vulnerable, Maya says: “Today, one final couple will be dumped from the Villa ending their Love Island journey and that decision isn’t in your hands.
“Your future on Love Island will be decided by some very familiar faces.”
As shock ascends across the Villa, Ciaran says: “No, what?”
With the vulnerable Islanders awaiting their fate, they receive a blast from the past as their former Islanders make their way into the Villa.
Led by the first dumped Islander of the series Sam and followed by Patsy, Munveer, Samantha, Omar, Harriett, Ronnie, Uma, Wil, Jess, Hugo, Grace and Reuben, they all gather around the fire pit.
Having returned to the Villa, the ex Islanders now hold the power to decide which couple they think should be dumped from the Island.
Maya informs them: “Today, you all have a very important decision to make, you must now individually decide which of these four couples you think are least compatible and you would like to dump from the Villa. The couple with the most votes will leave the Villa immediately.”
Patsy is first to stand and make her decision as she says: “I have picked this couple because I think out of all the couples it’s just my opinion that maybe it’s the least genuine connection and maybe the guy has got a game head on and is thinking more about the game rather than the girl.”
As Harriett stands to reveal her decision she says: “I’ve decided to pick this couple because I feel like the boy in this couple might still have feelings for someone else.”
As one boy stands to make his decision, one of the vulnerable Islanders quips back and says: “You’re such a hater bro.”
As drama ensues around the fire pit the dumped Islanders come towards the end of making their decisions as Maya says: “Samantha, stand up please.”
Samantha stands before going on to reveal her decision as she explains: “It is a really hard decision, I haven’t met half of you because I was only here for two weeks. I do think this person in particular has a game plan and he has since day one.”
Samantha continues: “I do think he has a lot of opinions on everyone else’s relationship but as soon as it comes to his own he bites the bullet a bit doesn’t he. Personally, I don’t think that this person deserves to be in the final so I’m picking…”
But which dumped Islander will be sent packing tonight?
Maya and rapper Stormzy revealed their shock split last week – less than a year after getting back together.
She posted a lengthy message about their break-up revealing they had failed to make it work – and telling fans they would remain friends.
We’ve been laughing whilst drafting this because we never, ever, in a million years thought we’d be the couple announcing a breakup, but for the sake of clarity and, more importantly, to allow us the space and grace that’s needed for us both to be able to navigate this next bit of our lives with peace, we thought it might be best to.”
In August 2023, The Sun told how Maya reunited with Stormzy, real name Michael Owuo, after the former lovebirds were snapped holding hands in Greece and on a date night in London back in October 2023.
