Indian table tennis sensation Sreeja Akula won over Sweden's Christina Kallberg in the women's singles event at the Paris Olympics. Akula started her debut with a 9-2 lead, then quickly dominated the game with precise backhand and forehand shots. She accumulated points quickly in the third game, but Kallberg lost the third game 11-7.
