Chrissy Teigen slipped into a pair of strappy sandals to attend opening day of the 2024 Olympics in Paris alongside her husband John, and their two children Miles and Luna.
Appearing in front of the Eiffel Tower, Teigen sported an open-toe silhouette with a gold tan strap criss-crossing across the upper-toe box. A separate set of back straps were also present on the model, criss-crossing around the ankle region. While the rest of her shoes couldn’t be seen completely, it’s likely the sandals were completed with a sharp stiletto heel ranging between 4 and 5 inches based on Teigen’s previous footwear preferences and affinity for very tall heels. The model paired her shoes with a dark green blazer and shorts set.
Husband John Legend appeared in a pair of white sneakers that were crafted with a canvas upper material and featured a rubber outsole that was built onto the shoe to provide adequate grip and traction for walking around the city. White laces rounded out the model, which the singer paired with a two-piece black suit over top a white dress shirt, getting in on the suit and sneakers combination that has frequently worn by celebrities over the course of 2024. The style is renowned for its ability to be a semi-casual look, while still being appropriate enough for upscale events and occasions.
Son Miles also wore a pair of white sneakers that boasted two thick straps on the upper in place of laces. The shoes were made with leather material, and also included a rubber outsole. Similar to his parents, Miles was dressed in a green two-piece checkered kids suit with matching shorts. Daughter Luna opted for a pink pair of satin ballet flats, which was characterized by a singular strap in the mid-foot. Her shoes were paired with a matching baby pink dress.
The 2024 Olympics are scheduled to officially begin tonight in Paris, France. The multi-sport event will run from now until August 11.
