Ebon Moss-Bachrach (‘The Bear’): 2024 Emmys episode submission revealed
Gold Derby can exclusively reveal that Ebon Moss-Bachrach is entering “The Bear” episode titled “Forks” as his 2024 Emmy Award submission for Best Comedy Supporting Actor. “Forks” streamed on June 22, 2023 and is the seventh episode of the FX show’s second season.
In this installment, Moss-Bachrach’s character Richard “Richie” Jerimovich is sent by Carmen “Carmy” Berzatto (Jeremy Allen White) to work for a week at a fine dining restaurant, Ever, to learn the ins and outs of management. That’s where Richie meets Andrea Terry (Olivia Colman), a kind executive chef who tells him all about how she overcame setbacks working in the cooking industry.

This year marks the second career Emmy nomination for Moss-Bachrach after winning this same category last year. For this 2024 Emmys contest, he is competing against Lionel Boyce (“The Bear”), Paul W. Downs (“Hacks”), Paul Rudd (“Only Murders in the Building”), Tyler James Williams (“Abbott Elementary”) and Bowen Yang (“Saturday Night Live”).
“The Bear” received 23 total 2024 Emmy Award nominations, including Best Comedy Series.
