The 2024 Olympics got underway in Paris on Friday night as the opening ceremony took place along the Seine River. The ceremonies were full of bright colors, wild imagery, thrilled athletes and artists performing. Among those performers was the one and only Celine Dion, who sang the Edith Piaf classic, Hymne A L’Amour.
The even more beautiful thing about it? It took place on the Eiffel Tower, under the Olympic rings. It was a memorable performance, to say the least, and here are some of the best pictures from the night.
