MANCHESTER, England – MMA Junkie was on scene and reporting live from Friday’s official UFC 304 fighter weigh-ins, where all but one fighter hit their marks.
Among those weighing in were welterweight champion Leon Edwards (22-3 MMA, 14-2 UFC) and challenger Belal Muhammad (23-3 MMA, 14-3 UFC), who meet in the main event, and interim heavyweight champ Tom Aspinall (14-3 MMA, 7-1 UFC) and Curtis Blaydes (18-4 MMA, 13-4 UFC), who fight in the co-feature. Both bouts are rematches of fights that ended with odd circumstances their first times around.
The early weigh-ins took place at the UFC host hotel in Manchester, England, and preceded the ceremonial weigh-ins for the fans, which take place at 2 p.m. ET at Co-op Live. The same venue hosts Saturday’s event (pay-per-view, ESPN2, ESPN+).
