The newly elected Mohan Majhi government in Odisha has rebranded two key schemes from the previous administration. Biju Swasthya Kalyana Yojana (BSKY) is now Gopabandhu Jan Arogya Yojana (GJAY) and is integrated with Ayushman Bharat. The Kalia cash incentive programme for farmers will be replaced by CM KISAN. Additionally, Biju Patnaik's name was removed from the free laptop distribution scheme, now named after poet Godabarisha Mishra. These changes came shortly after Majhi reversed a decision to drop Biju Patnaik's name from the state's sports award.
