Kit Harington briefly returned to Westeros, the fictional world of Game of Thrones, and made multiple references to his beloved character Jon Snow in a new advert for a GoT-themed game.
The 37-year-old star starred in a commercial for Game of Thrones: Legends, a mobile game that features his character as well as other favorites from the original series and its spin-off House of the Dragon.

In the clip, Kit enters a bar after announcing that “Winter is coming.”
Inside, he encounters someone with the White Walker’s chilling blue eyes and vows to overcome the Long Night.
“I’ll summon my banners. Pull together the greatest heroes of Westeros to fight for my house,” he says before picking up his phone and starting to play the game.
There’s a refence to Jon knowing nothing, and someone also shouts out the King of the North, played by Kit‘s onscreen brother Richard Madden.
It’s a fun reminder of his character, which we haven’t seen onscreen since 2019!
“The creativity and care taken to create Game of Thrones: Legends is obvious and it feels completely natural to jump back into Westeros for this game,” Kit said in a statement shared with E News. “This is a true love letter to the fans, of whom the franchise would be nothing without, and I’m honored to pay tribute to them in this new campaign.”
If you forgot, Kit was supposed to play Jon again in a spinoff series focused on his character. However, we got some very sad news about it earlier this year. The actor also revealed how the character changed his outlook on roles that he wants to play.
