Happy Thursday! One day closer to the weekend, and our weather is catching onto that memo. High pressure from our northwest will build in today with much less humidity behind a cold front moving through this morning. While a shower or two can't be ruled out as the front swings down from the northwest, dry conditions look to dominate into early next week.

So while we are waking up to a rather gloomy sky, increasing sunshine will be the name of the game going forward. We expect a bit of a breeze this afternoon with the cold front coming on through, but that will be what drives in the lower humidity for the end of this week.
Check this out! This is a weekend forecast we've been craving for quite some time. We have zero concern for rainfall, coinciding with the low levels of humidity! It's not until the middle of next week where you'll notice the mugginess back, coinciding with an increased risk of showers and thunderstorms.
The less humid air mass will lead to some crisp, refreshing starts to the day, and Friday morning is no exception! Look for seasonably cool temperatures near 60 in the Tri-Cities, 50s in the outlying areas.
Get ready for a beautiful Friday with seasonable temperatures, a good deal of sun, and of course, low humidity! Highs will be in the upper 70s and lower 80s.
While increasingly warm, the two weekend days look very pleasant. Upper 80s to 90 and a few more clouds by Sunday, sure - but the humidity should remain held in check. While cloud cover looks to be low for the weekend, we may see periods of smoke haze high up in the sky with a flow from Canada.
Humidity does creep up during the next work week, but shower and storm coverage on Tuesday and Wednesday should keep temperatures a bit lower on those days. Mid 80s with high humidity means heat index values should stay below Heat Advisory criteria, meaning this next dose of humidity shouldn't be overly oppressive.
