THE Circle star Beth Dunlavey has been rushed to hospital for a third time in just five weeks.
The pregnant star, who is set to welcome her first child with ex Love Island’s Connagh Howard, shared a photo from her hospital bed.
Beth, 29, who has been open about her fertility struggle and an IVF journey, was pictured wearing pyjamas with drips attached to her hand.
The mum-to-be looked fed up as she told her followers: “Why not make it a hat-trick, three admissions in five weeks.”
She added: “Oh by the way, I’m on delivery. No beds in ante natal so that’s fun.”
Beth then admitted that she was “feeling on edge” and distressed
She wrote: “Delivery ward lights don’t need to be turned off really do they…oh and husbands obs don’t go home so that leaves me feeling on edge when I’m sat here alone…and have a woman and her man in the cubicle opposite with a curtain between us…being induced.
“You know when I said I deteriorated in hospital last time lol, lost weight, felt worse, didn’t get any rest etc, we’re off to a strong start again.”
She went on: “Midwives, doctors in and out every three minutes through a door that’s never seen a drop of WD40 in its life.
“What a ray of sunshine I am but do you blame me, like it’s not bad enough I’m stuck in here again but I’m in the most inappropriate place.
“Needs rest.
“How do you get better in a place where women are screaming and babies crying. Honestly I can’t.”
Beth shared an emotional pregnancy announcement in April.
She told her followers: “Every injection, every tear, every procedure, every pain; every last inch of this journey has been worth it for you, and I’d do it 100 times over if I had to, we already love you so much.
“Our baby decided the time was right and we are over the moon to finally announce we are PREGNANT.”
Beth added: “I know that not everyone’s journey looks like ours, and announcements like this are hard to see, I’ve been there and I see you. To those still waiting for their miracle, I send you all my love and hope. Don’t give up.”
Beth – who shot to fame on Channel 4′s The Circle in 2019 – has been very open with her fans throughout her IVF journey.
The process involves removing an egg from a woman’s ovaries and fertilising them using sperm in a labratory.
The fertilised egg, also known as the embryo, is transferred back into a woman’s womb to grow.
The process can use eggs and sperm from the couple themselves, or these can be sourced from a doctor.
Beth previously explained that after a year of dating they stopped being “careful” so that she could fall pregnant.
The reality star thought that the endometriosis surgery that she had in 2022 would help her start a family, but still hadn’t become pregnant.
She was then referred to a fertility clinic in September 2022, and in November, Connagh had his first semen analysis – which came back borderline.
He explained that were things he could do to improve it, such as cutting out protein supplements, and then retested in February 2023 and everything had “improved”.
Beth later had eight sessions of acupuncture to try and help her get pregnant, but it didn’t work.
They were then told they had “unexplained fertility”, so they were offered IVF, and had been sharing their journey of that ever since.
Beth and Connagh started dating in early 2020 just before lockdown.
Connagh popped the question in December of last year, during a romantic break in New York.
Beth played a catfish on The Circle, pretending to be an 62-year-old woman called Joyce but was eliminated from the show in later episodes.
Connagh was linked to Rebecca Gormley during his time on Love Island in 2020.
