Celine Dion is reportedly in talks to return to Las Vegas for a new residency, which would be one of her first big gigs since being diagnosed with stiff-person syndrome!
The 56-year-old “My Heart Will Go On” singer is said to be in the “final stages” of negotiating a new residency with Resorts World. Notably, she was working on a show with them in 2021 but had to cancel it due to her illness. She also cancelled her delayed Courage World Tour in 2023 for the same reasons.
However, multiple sources have confirmed that Celine is preparing for a musical comeback in Sin City.

“It’s basically a done deal. She’s doing it,” one source told TMZ. They added that she is “prepared to power through” her illness to make it happen.
“It won’t stop her from performing,” and insider said.
According to a source, the residency was Celine‘s decision.
“This is all her No one is pushing her to do it. She has a passion for getting back onstage, and she’s gonna do it,” they said.
Celine is heavily rumored to be delivering her first live performance in years at the opening ceremony for the 2024 Olympic Games this week. There were even whispers about how much she’d be paid.
