MORRIS HEIGHTS, the Bronx (PIX11) -- Police are searching for a man accused of assaulting a MTA bus driver in the Bronx in June, according to officials.
The suspect walked up to the 65-year-old driver of the Bx36 bus near Anthony Avenue and East Tremont Avenue on June 7 around 3 p.m. Police said the suspect threw a water balloon at the driver before getting off the bus and running away.
The bus driver was taken to the hospital to be treated for minor injuries, according to police.
