SUNSET PARK, Brooklyn (PIX11) – At least 13 people, including two firefighters, were injured in a fire at a Brooklyn building Tuesday night, according to the FDNY.
The fire broke out at 881 5th Ave. in Sunset Park around 8:45 p.m. At least 106 firefighters and EMS personnel responded to the scene, fire officials said.
A video posted to Citizen App showed firefighters climbing a ladder to the top story of the building to rescue someone trapped inside.
The fire was under control around 9:30 p.m. It's believed eight people were displaced, according to the NYPD.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
