A car bomb injured a Russian military intelligence officer and an unidentified woman in northern Moscow on Wednesday. The explosion occurred in a Toyota Land Cruiser, severely injuring the officer, reportedly from the GRU, and causing damage to five other vehicles. Russia's interior ministry confirmed the blast, caused by an unidentified device, and has opened a criminal case.
