The solo-vehicle collision was reported just before 2:30 a.m. Sunday on South Vasco Road, near Naylor Avenue, the Livermore Police Department said in a news release Monday night. Officers arrived to find a black Hyundai engulfed in flames.
The woman died at the scene, according to police. The girl and a 25-year-old man were taken to an area hospital, where the former died and the latter was listed in critical condition.
Police said the man and woman were in a dating relationship and were with their child. All three are from Manteca.
The Alameda County Coroner’s Bureau will release the identities of the woman and child once they are confirmed and their next of kin is notified.
An investigation indicated the Hyundai was traveling northbound on South Vasco Road, north of Las Positas Road, when it left the roadway, crashed into a tree and burst into flames, according to police.
