The Plum Surfside Wooden Sand and Water Picnic Table has been reduced to just £29.99 from an eye-watering £99.99.

It offers the perfect space for sensory play, as well as a stylish eating area.

The built in sand and water pits can be concealed under a centre wooden panel to keep everything looking neat.

It could also be ideal for different crafting activities if parents want to keep any paints and glue out of the house.

Impressed shoppers praised the garden item, after helpful information was shared in the Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK Facebook group.

One penned: “I have this had it four years it’s fab.”

“We have this it’s brilliant,” shared another.

Someone else added: “Ordered it!”

“Thankyou deffo going to order,” agreed a fourth.

“They’re so good, my kids love it,” said another.

Studio advertises the sand and water pit table on their website, which measures H54 x W70 x L80cm, the description reads: “Whether it’s building sandcastles, creating mini rafts or making pieces of art through crafting, the table has something to keep children busy for hours.

“This versatile bench can be used as a picnic table for outdoor eating or for playing games.

“If you lift the centre wooden panel, you’ll find a sandpit and water compartment nearly contained within the base of the table. Let their creativity run wild by digging and splashing in the sand and water.”

Standard delivery is £4.99 and the item should arrive within three to seven days.

How to bag a bargain

SUN Savers Editor Lana Clements explains how to find a cut-price item and bag a bargain…

Sign up to loyalty schemes of the brands that you regularly shop with.

Big names regularly offer discounts or special lower prices for members, among other perks.

Sales are when you can pick up a real steal.

Retailers usually have periodic promotions that tie into payday at the end of the month or Bank Holiday weekends, so keep a lookout and shop when these deals are on.

Sign up to mailing lists and you’ll also be first to know of special offers. It can be worth following retailers on social media too.

When buying online, always do a search for money off codes or vouchers that you can use vouchercodes.co.uk and myvouchercodes.co.uk are just two sites that round up promotions by retailer.

Scanner apps are useful to have on your phone. Trolley.co.uk app has a scanner that you can use to compare prices on branded items when out shopping.

Bargain hunters can also use B&M’s scanner in the app to find discounts in-store before staff have marked them out.

And always check if you can get cashback before paying which in effect means you’ll get some of your money back or a discount on the item.
