LOVE Island fans have threatened to call Ofcom after saying one show star has ruined his own reputation by signing up to the programme.
Joey Essex has come under fire from ITV2 viewers following his “vile” behaviour on the show.
The TOWIE star has seen himself locking horns with many of his co-stars and was called out by his fellow Islanders for his pot-stirring behaviour following the villa’s explosive Grafties night.
Loveable TV personality Joey has even seen his own villa romance with Jessy Potts begin to crumble as she had an explosive row with her villa love over his argumentative ways.
The blonde bombshell was left unhappy that Joey found himself in the centre of other couple’s drama’s as he failed to keep his thoughts and opinions to himself.
She was heard shouting at him: “Hold on! Listen to me!
“Let me talk Joey,” she begged as she struggled to get a word in edge ways as they disagreed over Joey ‘exposing’ Mimii’s “secret mission”.
She then raged: “Joey you are not listening to me!”
Listening in, Ciaran branded Joey a “p***k” for not taking on board Jessy’s words as Nicole added: “So she should shout at him like that.”
It resulted in Jessy storming off from Joey after they failed to see eye-to-eye after their furious row as she added: “I can’t be f***ing ar**d with you right now.”
As she strutted away, villa hunk Reuben Collins attempted to console Joey and chat to him after the row but was instantly shunned by the reality TV star.
Reuben attempted to strike up a conversation with Joey before he snapped back: “Honestly mate, I’m not having no more conversations.
“Nothing deep, what is going on?”
Reuben replied: “It is not nice seeing Jessy walk away, like I see what she brings out of you and she brings the Joey out of you.
“Not the Joey Essex but she brings Joey out of you.”
Joey said: “I know that.”
As the conversation continued he said: “I’m not being rude but you don’t know anything about my situation at all.
“You don’t need to tell me nothing bro.”
Now fans have threatened to call Ofcom following his row with Jessy and his brutal put down to Reuben after insisting he has “destroyed” his repuatation.
One Love Island viewer said: “Me calling OFCOM because Joey Essex is vile and I need him off my screen.”
Another added: “Joey Essex has committed career suicide doing this show and you can’t tell me otherwise… the mask has slipped.”
A third then shared: “Surely the way Joey is acting is just going to end his career because who’s going to want to work with him after this, after seeing the way he has behaved.”
Before a fourth added: “Joey has completely ruined his reputation doing love island.”
