Early Monday around 3am, the Army intercepted an attack on a VDG's house and a security post in Gund, Rajouri. During the exchange, a soldier and a VDG relative were injured; a suspected infiltrator was killed. The militia, started mid-1990s, revived post-2022. Infiltrators fled after throwing grenades and firing. Cordon and search ongoing.
