TWISTED Jay Slater sleuths are trying to gain access to the teenager’s autopsy results and are interfering with his family getting the body home.
The cruel attempt to access the grim information comes as the Slater family were directed against seeing Jay’s body in the morgue.
Tenerife cops said the teen’s body had become “very deteriorated” after it had spent weeks in the ravine where he was eventually found on July 15.
The family is now preparing to make the tragic journey home to the UK with Jay’s body.
But that hasn’t stopped amateur detectives from trying to figure out the details of Jay’s body and the condition it was in.
“Even now, it appears that amateur sleuths and trolls are trying to intervene in the process of flying his body home.
“Some people are searching online for autopsy results,” the BBC reports.
Details about the body may come to light regardless as an inquest could be held when the body returns to the UK.
If an inquest is opened in the UK it could see witnesses, such as those with him that night, called to give evidence and answer questions.
But with the evidence pointing to an accidental fall, the coroner might certify the cause of death without an inquest.
The sleuths attempts to get the information comes after reported seeing the 19-year-old at Sainsbury’s, watching a Euros game and on the Eurostar before his body was found last Monday.
The family not being able to see the body has left them without a chance to say goodbye properly.
Despite the warning, Debbie and the rest of Jay’s family are said to have found a sense of comfort after being told he likely died instantly from a fall rather than suffered.
A source close to the family told The Sun last week: “Taking Jay’s body back will be the hardest journey of their lives. But they know it’s something they have to do.
“Their focus and aim is to give Jay the most fitting send-off possible and to celebrate and remember his life.”
Matthew Searle, CEO of LBT Global, the spokesperson for the family, said he got hundreds of nasty messages, emails and phone calls with false tips on the apprentice bricklayer after he went missing.

Vile trolls dared to sent hoax ransom demands to the teen’s devastated family claiming to be holding Jay hostage.
Cops are now said to be investigating the messages received by Searle and Jay’s mum Debbie Duncan under telecommunications laws.
The charity boss said the trolls had slowed legitimate investigations into Jay’s disappearance because he needed to “follow up on every single lead”.
The cost of bringing back the body is due to be covered by the GoFundMe set up by pal Lucy Mae Law in the days after Jay first vanished.
The fundraiser has skyrocketed past £70,000 with more than 5,600 donations.
It reached £60,000 in an outpouring of support in the days after Jay’s body was found and has continued to rise ever since.
Debbie announced in a heartfelt statement via the fundraiser: “We want to give our boy the send-off he deserves.”
Web bullies have criticised Debbie and other members of the family for encouraging people to donate to the page even after Jay was found.
In a statement released on Thursday on the ‘Get Jay Slater Home’ GoFundMe page, Debbie said: “Hello everyone, thank you for all of your kindness, support and condolences in light of the tragic news that Jay’s body has been found.
“We are overwhelmed with grief and are so grateful for your support.”
Jay’s body was tragically discovered on Monday July 15 at the bottom of a treacherous ravine in Masca.
The teen had been missing for four weeks after disappearing while on holiday with his pals for the NRG music festival.
