The Jazz rookie is looking better and better
Kyle Filipowski wrapped up Summer League play with another solid outing, this time against the Detroit Pistons.
He finished with 26 points, 11 boards, four assists and two steals. Filipowski shot 8-22 but 11 of those attempts were threes and he shot 3-11 there.
He started slow but played well enough by the end to garner some rave reviews. He still has to work on efficiency and he’s going to need to be stronger to stay on the court in the NBA, but those things will come. The way he closed out Summer League suggests that a lot of teams are going to regret passing on him.
