PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) -- Over 3,000 people are without power Monday morning due to an outage in NE Portland, authorities said.
According to Pacific Power, the outage was first reported just before 6:40 a.m. and crews are investigating the cause.
As of 8:30 a.m., 3,208 people are listed as without power according to Pacific Power's outage map.
Officials estimate that power will be back by 10 a.m.
