Razak, 30, then took the victim back to a guest house where he raped her twice.
The sex beast has now been jailed for 11 years after being convicted of two counts of rape and one count of sexual assault.
Leicester Crown Court was told the horror unfolded in July 2023 after Razak stalked the streets for a victim.
Footage showed him walking through the city centre with the girl after he “befriended” her.
She reported the attack – telling police she had been approached by the stranger who took her to a guest house to rape her.
Officers painstakingly trawled through hours of CCTV to snare the rapist.
They managed to piece together the pair’s movements and discovered further footage of Razak drawing out cash to pay for the guest house.
He was also spotted buying vodka later than evening, which he used to get the schoolgirl drunk.
Razak was arrested after police saw him on the street and was later charged with rape.
As well as his jail term, the predator was also placed on the Sex Offenders’ Register.
Detective Inspector Kevin Hames, of Leicestershire Police’s Child Abuse Investigation Unit (CAIU), said: “Razak approached a young girl who was on her own and after gaining her trust he abused that power to carry out the most horrific crimes.
“Throughout her ordeal the girl has shown incredible strength.
“It took extreme courage for her to share the details of what had occurred so that officers and staff could carry out a thorough investigation.
“In the days after the incident occurred, officers and staff worked above and beyond to ensure the man responsible for the offences was caught and the evidence was captured.”
