An 80-year-old woman experienced severe weakness, rigidity, and tremors due to a prolonged prescription for gastric problems. Dr Praveen Gupta of Fortis Memorial Research Institute reported 15-20 similar cases and advised dosage reduction or discontinuation to alleviate symptoms.
