A LOVE Island bombshell has let slip the secrets of his Casa Amor experience – and just what part of the show was staged.
They opened up on there being a small three-hour window within which to graft with the girls – as well as the role of the Beach Hut for secret chats.

His Love Island experience was somewhat mirrored by fellow Casa lad Jake Spivey, 25, who has also been given the boot.
The duo starred on Joel’s TikTok page and addressed the issue of Love Island being “staged.”
Joel explained the reality of life in the sun-soaked villa and said: “You only speak to the girls for about three hours a day ish.
“It’s because the rest of the time is downtime and they don’t film.
“So all the girls and all the boys are separate in other parts of the villa and you’re not allowed to talk about Love Island.
“So yeah obviously you are only filming for three hours a day so when you do, you are just chatting to girls.”
Essex electrician Jake added: “You’ve got to make the most of your time because you’re limited on the time the cameras are rolling.
“You’ve got to remember they’re [show bosses] filming Casa Amor and main villa, so it’s jumping between the two.
“When they’re filming the main villa, we get our downtime.”
He then continued: “I get asked this question so much, is it staged?
“It’s not staged, they ask you your top three, you talk to the girls you want to, you say what you want to.”
Joel then picked up the chat and said: “The only bit that’s staged is after you’ve been separated from the boys and girls for a few hours they’ll be like ‘OK spread yourself out around the villa.’

“That’s it.
“So you just go snd spread yourself around the villa.”
Jake then added: “That was the best part because you’re waiting to chat to the girls.”
Joel let slip how the Beach Hut was the hub for updates from show bosses and added: “They’re like ‘that’s cool, looks good, I’d pull her for a chat tonight.’
“And I would be like ‘I was going to anyway!'”
Love Island fans previously told how Jake had “disappeared” from the show due to lack of air time.
He was initially seen getting flirty with Matilda Draper before she moved on.
Meanwhile, Joel recently told he went into the spin off villa – and slept alone each night.
Joel filmed another TikTok video and said: “I went into Love Island as a Casa Amor boy, of course I just sat in the corner and spoke to myself the whole time.”
In the video, he also confessed: “I went into Love Island as a Casa Amor boy, of course I kept my keys on me because I knew I was leaving early.”
Meanwhile, this isn’t the only big reveal from Joel about his time on Love Island.
He also accused show bosses of not showing his chat with girls
Joel, who previously starred on show Below Deck, didn’t appear to find any lasting connections during his discussions, which included him pulling Jessy for a chat on the sofas.
