LOVE Island fans have been left groaning after seeing Mimii downplaying her sneaky link with Ayo to Josh.
The mental health nurse got called out for her ‘secret mission’ by Joey during a group game in the villa.
He labelled her the most likely to have her head turned, hinting that he had insider information no one else knew.
When Mimii’s partner Josh demanded some answers, Joey admitted that he had been sent to get Ayo to meet up with Mimii on the terrace.
However, he refused to explain what the purpose of the meeting was.
Mimii is now claiming that she only intended to close the chapter with Ayo once and for all, and move on in her relationship with Josh.
But at the time it certainly seemed more flirtatious, given she had just kissed Ayo in a game that day.
Even when they did speak in a more public area of the villa, Ayo was the one who shut down the possibility of them ever dating again.
On the other hand Mimii seemed keen to express that she still had feelings for him, and appeared to want to rekindle their previous relationship.
When Josh confronted her, she simply responded: “If there was something to be worried about, I would have said.”
Audiences have been shaking their heads at her behaviour, with one person begging: “Mimii babes stop lying please!”
Another laughed: “Mimi can lieeeeeeee!”
A third added: “Mimii lied to Josh, she isn’t even that into him, I liked her at first but after her lying I dunno.”
Mimii and Ayo broke up after Casa Amor when she came back to the villa single and waiting for him, only to find he had recoupled with new flame Jess.
