HONG KONG: Selina Cheng, the newly elected chair of Hong Kong's leading media professional group, revealed that she lost her job at The Wall Street Journal after declining her supervisor's request to withdraw from a leadership election.
At a press briefing, Cheng disclosed that a senior editor informed her of her job's elimination, citing restructuring.
