MANILA, July 19 (Xinhua) -- The Philippines' overall balance of payments (BOP) posted a 155 million U.S. dollars deficit in June 2024, lower than the 606 million BOP deficit recorded in June 2023, the country's central bank said Friday.
The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) said the June BOP deficit reflected outflows arising mainly from the national government's payments of its foreign currency debt obligations
