Rain chances ramping back up Thursday as heavy showers and storms will be likely in Acadiana. Storms could move into northern Acadiana this morning as a cold front stalls across the area today. The severe threat and flash flooding risk remain low but localized. Temperatures will near 89° followed by rain-cooled air late in the day.
No break from this stormy weather pattern is expected for the next week. The majority of the rain chances will occur during the afternoon hours.
