The study involved over 100 organisations with 10,000 to 15,000 employees, spanning various sectors. Enterprises aim to extend Gen AI training to diverse roles like HR, operations, marketing, and customer service. The focus includes foundational literacy, strategic decision-making skills, and advanced technical training across different organisational levels.
