MCDONALD’S has launched a menu shakeup today including a new dessert and a side dish branded “better than mozzarella dippers.”
The fast-food giant is adding a total of seven new items to its offering today, including new items and returning favourites.
Among the range is the brand new Birthday Cake Donut, which filled with strawberry-flavoured filling and topped with a buttercream-flavoured icing and sprinkles.
Also new to its offering is the Milkybar Raspberry Ripple McFlurry and Munchies Cookie Dough McFlurry.
McDonald’s customers will also be able to get their hands on new Cheesy Garlic Bread Dippers.
They are made of mozzarella and flavoured with garlic and chives in a ciabatta-style breadcrumb coating, served with rich tomato dip.
The Sun got an exclusive try of the four new menu items before anyone else ahead of their debut on menus.
We found the new bites to be “better than mozzarella” dippers, despite their cult status among fans who describe them as “delicious”.
Among the beloved items making their way back to menus are the Double Big Mac and the Double Big Mac with Bacon.
Fans of the McCrispy BBQ Smokehouse will once again be able to tuck into the burger from today.
If you want to try these additions then don’t hang around because they will only be on menus for around six weeks.
After launching earlier this year, McDonald’s has confirmed that its Chicken Sharebox will be staying on the menu.
The £10.59 boxes includes six Chicken Selects, twelve Chicken McNuggets, two McNuggets dips and two Selects dips.
The nine Chicken Selects Sharebox with three Selects Dips will also be remaining on the menu for £8.49.
