SAINSBURY’S have sent fans into a frenzy after launching a brand new collection of pyjamas – and they’re a must if you love a cheeky cocktail.
Over the last few years, supermarkets have upped their fashion game – whether that’s stunning holiday evening outfits from Tesco or gorgeous summer dresses available at ASDA.
Rival Sainsbury’s, too, have not slept on the trend and have been making shoppers wild with their fabulous nightwear range – and one of their latest offers is no exception either.
Meet TU’s newest bargain – a cocktail-themed pair of PJs that’s already been dubbed a ”must” and a ”need” amongst style lovers on TikTok.
The full-length pyjamas, which sell for a purse-friendly £20, is the perfect way to celebrate summer and will make for the ideal cosy gear when catching up with your friends over a glass of wine at home.
Available in a great range of sizes, from UK 8 to UK 24, these adorable pyjamas is a must when travelling abroad this season and will seriously elevate your nightwear game.
However, as the stunning two-piece had already become a hit on social media, it’s best to race to the store now to avoid any disappointment.
The summery design, which is perfect for a girls’ trip abroad, features a print of all the favourite cocktails, including martini with two olives, as well as the refreshing Aperol spritz.
It’s not just the style of the PJs fans of the retailer have been loving – numerous shoppers on TikTok have also been raving over the quality and the fit.
Urging fellow fashionistas to not sleep on the find, one shopper, Kirsty (@kirstyabarrett), said: ”We need these Sainsbury’s pyjamas.”
The customer, who described the print as ”cute”, also agreed that the nightwear set was also ”comfy”, as others flocked to tag their pals in the video.
One confessed jokingly: ”At this point, I have more Sainsburys pyjamas than actual clothes.”
Someone else couldn’t stop praising the adorable garments, writing: ”I have them and they are so so comfy.”
”I need them,” another chimed in, keen to snap up a pair of the 100% viscose pyjamas.
”These are ICONIC,” a fourth remarked.
”Omg, they are a MUST,” a fellow shopper will be popping down to the local Sainsbury’s too.

The supermarkets have really upped their game when it comes to their fashion lines. These days, as you head in to do your weekly food shop you can also pick up a selection of purse-friendly, stylish pieces for all the family.
Tesco has just announced a 0.7 per cent increase in the quarter thanks to a ‘strong growth in clothing’ and M&S has earnt the title of the number one destination for womenswear on the high street.
Asda’s clothing line George has made £1.5 million for the supermarket in 2023, 80 per cent of Sainsbury’s clothes sold at full price rather than discounted and Nutmeg at Morrisons sales are also up 2 per cent in the past year.
So what is it about supermarket fashion that is becoming so successful?
Apart from the clothing actually being affordable, it’s good quality too – with many being part of schemes such as the Better Cotton Initiative.
A lot of the time they keep to classic pieces that they know will last the customer year after year.
Plus because they buy so much stock they can turn around pieces quickly and buy for cheaper because of the volumes.
