Natalie Portman and Moses Ingram are stepping out to promote their new Apple TV+ series.
The two actress joined show creator Alma Har’el at the SAG-AFTRA Foundation screening of their new series Lady in the Lake on Friday (July 12) held at the SAG-AFTRA Foundation Robin Williams Center in New York City.
Fellow cast members in attendance included Byron Bowers, Y’lan Noel, and Josiah Cross.
Keep reading to find out more…Here’s the show’s synopsis: When the disappearance of a young girl grips the city of Baltimore on Thanksgiving 1966, the lives of two women converge on a fatal collision course. Maddie Schwartz (Portman) is a Jewish housewife seeking to shed a secret past and reinvent herself as an investigative journalist, and Cleo Johnson (Ingram) is a mother navigating the political underbelly of Black Baltimore while struggling to provide for her family. Their disparate lives seem parallel at first, but when Maddie becomes fixated on Cleo’s mystifying death, a chasm opens that puts everyone around them in danger.
