Belgium's Jasper Philipsen captured his second stage win in four days on Friday at the Tour de France.
Philipsen, 26, followed up his victory in Tuesday's Stage 10 with another successful sprint to the finish in Stage 13.
The Alpecin-Deceuninck cyclist finished the 165-kilometer flat ride from Agen to Pau just ahead of countryman Wout van Aert and Germany's Pascal Acker
