THE EUROS final is just 48 hours away and football fans around the country are getting ready to support the Three Lions.
Whether you’re watching the match with your family or friends, you’ll want to have some good food and drinks to enjoy together.
Supermarkets have launched deals to help you save money on pizzas, beers, and snacks.
We’ve listed some of the best offers available at the moment, including Asda’s deal of 20 beers for £20, meaning you only pay £1 for a beer.
But you should always check before buying as deals can change frequently.
It’s always worth comparing different retailers to make sure you get the best value for your money.
You can also search for items on the Latest Deals app to find the cheapest place to buy.
And remember you might need to pay extra for delivery if you’re ordering online.
If you’re a Sainsbury’s customer, you’ll be familiar with the meal deals the supermarket often has on offer.
Currently, you can buy a meal deal – including one main, one side, one dessert, and a drink – for two people for just £12.
If you fancy something to share with your friends during the football match, there’s also an offer for two pizzas, two sides, and one dip for £12.
And if you want to cook something quick before the match or during half time, you could buy stir fry veg, noodles, and a sauce for just £3.
Tesco has slashed the prices of many items for Clubcard owners.
Currently, some of the best deals for the Euros include 18 cans of 440ml Foster’s Lager Beer Can for £11 – down from the original price of £15.99 without a Clubcard.
The supermarket is also selling 12-packs of 330ml Peroni for £12, down from £18.
You can also get a Goodfella’s stonebaked margherita pizza for £1.50, instead of £2.49.
If you’re looking for snacks, you can buy a sharing pack of Pringles for £1.45 or a large bag of Doritos for £1.25.
With a Tesco Clubcard, you get one point for every £1 spent in-store and online after scanning your app or card.
You can then transform your points into vouchers to get discounts on your shopping at the supermarket.
TESCO'S Clubcard scheme allows shoppers to earn points as they shop, these points can then be turned into vouchers for money off food or other reward partner schemes.
When you spend £1 in-store or online, you get one point when you scan your card or app.
Drivers using Clubcards now get one point for every two litres spent on fuel.
One point equals 1p, so 150 points gets you £1.50, for example.
You’ll need a minimum of 150 points to request a voucher.
These vouchers can either be worth the face value to spend in-store at Tesco, or you can double their worth to spend at reward partners, including restaurants, and on days out.
Loyalty card holders can also get cheaper prices on over 8,000 items thanks to Clubcard Prices.
These Clubcard prices save the average member £351 on their annual shop, according to Tesco.
With Asda‘s “Get Match Ready” offer, you can get two packs of 10 beers each – including Peroni, Birra Moretti, Corona and Madri – for £20.
The supermarket is also selling the “It’s Coming Home party bundle” for £21.50.
It includes paper cups and plates, napkins, eight beef burgers, thai sweet chilli crisps, four 330ml cans of Carlsberg Pilsner and four cans of Kopparberg cider.
There are also offers on food, such as Asda’s chicken fajita pizza or a four-cheese pizza for £2.
Morrisons has an offer on beer similar to Asda’s – but it’s slightly more expensive.
The supermarket is selling two packs of 10 beers each – including San Miguel, Budweiser, Corona, Heineken, and Cruzcampo – for £21.
You can also buy two pizzas for £5, including the ham and pineapple and the BBQ chicken flavours.
Co-op members can get two pizzas and four beers for £5.
However, the offer is available in selected stores only, so you should always check if your local supermarket has the deal.
THERE are plenty of ways to save on your grocery shop.
You can look out for yellow or red stickers on products, which show when they’ve been reduced.
If the food is fresh, you’ll have to eat it quickly or freeze it for another time.
Making a list should also save you money, as you’ll be less likely to make any rash purchases when you get to the supermarket.
Going own brand can be one easy way to save hundreds of pounds a year on your food bills too.
This means ditching “finest” or “luxury” products and instead going for “own” or value” type of lines.
Plenty of supermarkets run wonky veg and fruit schemes where you can get cheap prices if they’re misshapen or imperfect.
For example, Lidl runs its Waste Not scheme, offering boxes of 5kg of fruit and vegetables for just £1.50.
If you’re on a low income and a parent, you may be able to get up to £442 a year in Healthy Start vouchers to use at the supermarket too.
Plus, many councils offer supermarket vouchers as part of the Household Support Fund.
Lidl also has many offers you may want to check out, including discounts on summer drinks – such as £5.99 Pinot Grigio and £7.19 prosecco.
This week’s offers also include Birchwood slow-cooked pulled pork with teriyaki sauce for £2.99 and 1kg of chicken mini fillets for £5.99.
The supermarket also has a wide range of ice creams including a six-pack of orange lollies for £1.25 and watermelon ice lollies for £2.29 – or £1.83 for Lidl Plus customers.
Aldi is selling 10-packs of 440ml Stella Artois cans for £9.99 and four-packs of 568ml San Miguel cans for £6.49.
You can also buy prosecco for £4.99 or Chardonnay for £3.99.
If you’re looking for some food to share, you can get a six-pack of breaded chicken for £2.99 or 10 pork sausages for £2.49.
At Nisa, you can get two pizzas and a four-pack of beers for just £5, saving nearly £9.
The supermarket is also selling 24-packs of Pepsi for £8.50 and four-packs of Redbull for £4.75.
If you like cider, Nisa is also selling 10-packs of Kopparberg strawberry and lime flavour for £11.50.
Meanwhile, the British Beer and Pub Association (BBPA) thinks England’s progress through the Euros has been worth £227 million in extra beer sales.
UK Hospitality, the trade body that represents the industry, estimates that if England wins the tournament, the sector will have benefited from an £800 million uplift.
