OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) — The Oklahoma Highway Patrol released the dash camera videos of Oklahoma State University star running back Ollie Gordon II and University of Oklahoma star wide receiver Deion Burks, both accused of driving under the influence.
In late June, an OHP trooper stopped Gordon along I-35 in Moore for speeding. The trooper said Gordon's car smelled of alcohol.
The 20-year-old running back allegedly denied drinking at first and refused a field sobriety test before admitting to having one drink. The OHP trooper said he found two open containers of liquor in Gordon's car.
Gordon was charged with driving under the influence and for having an open container of alcohol.
Burks, who was also arrested in June, was charged with driving under the influence, speeding and transporting an open container.
The trooper says Burks was initially stopped along I-35 in Norman for speeding before finding an empty bottle of tequila on the floor of Burks' car.
Burks admitted to having two shots of liquor at a nightclub before getting behind the wheel.
