The Afghanistan Football Federation has announced that Afghanistan will take on Turkmenistan today, Thursday, July 11th, at 6:30 PM in the Central Asian Football Association (CAFA) U-20 Football Championship.
According to officials from the Afghanistan Football Federation, the national U-20 football team is well-prepared for this match.
Three days ago, Afghanistan’s U-20 football team faced Tajikistan in their second group-stage match of the CAFA U-20 Championship, ending in a 0-1 loss to Tajikistan.
Afghanistan suffered a 0-4 defeat against Kyrgyzstan in their opening tournament match.
The tournament is currently underway at Jalal-Abad City Stadium in Kyrgyzstan, with teams from Afghanistan, Iran, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, and Turkmenistan competing.
As the competition progresses, the teams are vying for advancement in the tournament standings, with a strong focus on strategy and performance.
