OWNERS of two popular TV brands will notice five extra channels on their screens and they’re completely free to watch.
The move comes from major US network A+E Networks as part of a continued expansion plan.
It has already been busy expanding the channels onto services like Rakuten TV and the Blaze TV app.
But now even more people will be able to access them directly through their TV’s system.
These are streamed channels so your TV will need to be connected to the internet to access them.
They should already be available on Philips smart TVs and will land on JVC branded TVs next as part of a new software roll out.
The channels include one called Deal Masters, which is aimed at anyone interested in shows about making extra cash.
Hardcore Pawn, Dickinson’s Real Deal and Flipping Bangers are top of the schedule.
The other new station is called History Hunters.
It features programmes with the likes of Sir Tony Robinson, Professor Alice Roberts, Dan Jones, and Al Murray.

There is also Inside Crime, Mystery TV and World War TV.
It comes as A+E Networks signs an agreement with TV operating system firm Titan OS, which Philips currently use and JVC are set to adopt soon.
There’s been an explosion in so-called “FAST” – free ad-supported streaming TV channels – lately as people look to cut their streaming bills.
Samsung and LG already have a load of their own built into their TVs, with the channels from UKTV and Sky on them.
“Viewers will now have access to our amazing library of content, featuring captivating history, true crime, mystery, and world war stories,” said Julie Mitchelmore, from A+E Networks.
“This collaboration offers fresh ways to enjoy our best factual entertainment.”
