Now the moment is almost upon viewers, as Beth is caught letting herself into the factory by newcomer Betsy.
She follows her inside and tells a horrified Beth that she wants in on whatever covert scheme she is part of or she’ll report her to Underworld boss Carla Connor.
Alone in the factory, Beth reluctantly shows Betsy how to sew the counterfeit labels onto the knock-off t-shirts.
Will her counterfeit scheming be what leads her to exit the Cobbles?
Lisa’s exit as Beth is still being kept as a closely guarded secret.
However a source previously revealed the plans for Beth’s swan song from the cobbles.
They said: “Beth’s a larger than life character who’s never shied away from a clash.
“Her exit will be as dramatic as she is.”
Lisa recently opened up about her health issues, revealing she is facing going blind.
The actress has NAION – non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy – which causes sudden vision loss in one eye.
Just 11 per cent of people in the UK suffer with the condition, which can leave some fully blind.
Lisa’s doctor told her that she would never get her full sight back and that the damage was irreversible.
But she’s determined not to let her disability get her down and she’s “accepted” what has happened.
