The Senate stands adjourned until 10:00am on Wednesday, July 10, 2024.

 

Following Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session and resume consideration of Executive Calendar #512 Charles J. Willoughby, Jr., of the District of Columbia, to be an Associate Judge of the D.C. Superior Court, post-cloture.

 

At approximately 11:30am, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Willoughby nomination. Following disposition  of the nomination, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #623 Anne Marie Wagner, of Virginia, to be a Member of the Federal Labor Relations Authority for a term of five years expiring July 1, 2029.

 

If cloture is invoked, at approximately 2:15pm, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Wagner nomination.

 

At approximately 4:15pm, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to Cal. #420, S.4554, Reproductive Freedom for Women Act.

 

Cloture has been filed on the following:

1.      Executive Calendar #623 Anne Marie Wagner, of Virginia, to be a Member of the Federal Labor Relations Authority for a term of five years expiring July 1, 2029

2.      Motion to proceed to Calendar #420, S.4554, Reproductive Freedom for Women Act

3.      Executive Calendar #621 Colleen Duffy Kiko, of North Dakota, to be a Member of the Federal Labor Relations Authority for a term of five years expiring July 29, 2027

 

Additional votes are possible during Wednesday’s session.
