Brooke Morton, from the US, took to social media to share her parenthood journey leaving people stunned by how young it started.
Now she’s a stay at home mum to two tots[/caption]The mum revealed she first found out she was pregnant at the age of 14 while still in school.
Brooke met her partner in in the beginning of 2020 at the age of 13, but she fell pregnant not long after, and gave birth just shy of reaching 15 in March 2021.
The mum, now 18 years old decided to raise their daughter Aurora, now four but it hasn’t always been easy.
“As I got pregnant, I knew. I knew I was going to keep my daughter,” she said in the post.
“My pregnancy was not taken very lightly,” she added. “It was really hard for me and for everyone else.”
She revealed she was not the first person in her family to become a teen parent; her own mother and father were also teenagers when they had kids, as she revealed on her first-ever YouTube video.
The couple prioritised looking after Aurora, with Brooke entering homeschooling to be at home with her daughter.
But the couple did manage to sneak out and go to prom together.
Brooke lives with her partner 19-year-old Jason Vaughn and the pair have gone on to have another baby girl now eight months old.
Despite loving life as a stay-at-home mum, she revealed that the school run can be challenging.
In a recent clip, she said it was so ‘scary’ introducing herself at the school gates as a teen mum when the rest were in their 30s.
And in a previous post, she told viewers not to get pregnant as a teen like she did.
The clip has gone viral on her TikTok account @brookexaloura with over 230k views and 40k likes.
People were quick to comment on her teen pregnancy.
One person wrote: “Realising this could be me this year.”
“Don’t let it be,” replied Brooke
Another commented: “Did you stay in school while pregnant or switch to homeschool? You are doing a good job!”
“I switched to homeschool,” explained the mum.
“Mummy can you help me in homework..? Sorry sweetie I’m doing mine,” penned a third.
