The Boston Red Sox will try to keep their momentum rolling when they return to Fenway Park and host the Oakland Athletics on Tuesday night.
Boston, which has won six of its last seven games, is coming off a series win against the rival New York Yankees. Oakland returns to the diamond after a series loss to the Baltimore Orioles.
Red Sox manager Alex Cora has opted to keep the same lineup from Sunday’s win over the Yankees after Boston benefited from an off day. Boston, though, did make a series of roster moves Tuesday with Trey Wingenter replacing Cam Booser on the active roster.
Right-hander Brayan Bello will toe the rubber in the series opener while the Athletics will counter with right-hander Joey Estes.
First pitch from Fenway Park is scheduled for 7:10 p.m. ET, and you can watch it live on NESN after an hour of pregame coverage.
