Tommy Pham was a late scratch from tonight’s lineup, which can mean a number of things. One is that he’s been traded. But knowing Pham, more likely he twisted a hammy practicing a wrestling move, or broke his hand over a Sox clubbie giving him Red Bull instead of water pregame.
