PALMA, BALEARIC ISLANDS, SPAIN – Juniper Travel Technology, leading company in technology solutions for the travel industry, announces the acquisition of Lleego, an innovative travel software company specializing in flight management and booking.
Lleego joins the portfolio of Juniper Travel Technology business units, part of the travel vertical of Juniper Group, an operating group of Vela Software and Constellation Software, Inc.
This merger will significantly enhance Lleego’s business unit. With the support and expertise of Juniper, Lleego will be able to seize new market opportunities, expanding its global presence as a provider of flight management and booking solutions. Juniper Flights by Lleego combines the solutions of the Juniper Booking Engine and Lleego, creating a comprehensive technological platform for flight distribution aimed at travel agencies, tour operators, and other companies in the travel sector.
