TOBEY Maguire has been spotted with actress Lily Chee by his side during a Fourth of July bash in New York City.
The Spider-Man actor and his rumored new love interest kept it cool and casual at the event.
Tobey, 49, and Lily, 20, were seen wearing matching all-white ensembles.
The actor wore dark sunglasses hanging from the collar of his T-shirt and a white button-down shirt over it.
Lily, for her part, wore a white mini-dress with thin spaghetti straps.
The dress included a high slit that reached up to her hip.
Her long, dark hair hung over her shoulders, and she carried a small white bag on her shoulder.
At one point, Tobey appeared to be slightly guiding Lily, resting a hand on the small of her back as they walked together.
The actor has been keeping a low-profile relationship-wise.
Lily is the first woman Tobey has been linked to since Tatiana Dieteman.
The Spide-Man: No Way Home star and Tatiana called it quits “a few months ago,” a source told Entertainment Tonight in February 2022.
At the time, the model revealed she was dating Koa Smith.
Koa shared a photo of them together on Instagram.
He was shirtless, and she had her arms wrapped around him as they rode in the back of a 4×4.
“Happy Valentine’s Day to my besssss fwennnnn!! Love you baby! @tatianaadieteman [sic],” he captioned the post.
Tobey and Tatiana were first linked in 2018 but kept their romance mostly under wraps.
Tobey Maguire and Jennifer Meyer tied the knot in 2007, four years after they met and started dating. They exchanged vows in Hawaii with Leonardo DiCaprio and other stars attending their wedding. The pair went on to have kids and enjoy years of marital bliss before calling it quits.

The relationship came after his split from Jennifer Meyer, whom he was married to for four years.
While Tobey was dating Tatiana, Jennifer revealed that her ex and his then-love interest often bonded with her and the two children she and the actor share.
“I love him so much. We travel together, like when he had his girlfriend they would travel with me and the kids, like, ’cause I’m like, ‘This is my buddy and I love my kids more than anything. I want to be with them,’ and the only way for us to be together is for us to figure out how we’re gonna be great together,” she said at the time.
Tobey and Jennifer, a Jewelry designer, called it quits in October 2016.
At the time, they released a statement announcing the sad news.
“After much soul searching and consideration, we have made the decision to separate as a couple,” the statement began.
“As devoted parents, our first priority remains raising our children together with enduring love, respect and friendship.”
A source said at the time that the decision to split “was not sudden.”
“They are committed to remaining friends for their children and wanted to make sure of that. They went back and forth on this decision but realized this is where the relationship is and they simply grew apart,” the source added.
Their divorce was finalized the following year.
The couple share children Ruby, 17, and Otis, 15.

The couple remains close even after their split.
In June 2020, Jennifer praised her ex in an Instagram post marking Father’s Day.
