There are plenty of products reduced at both, but we’re eyeing up Gymshark’s leggings which are currently half the price of the Sweaty Betty alternative.
Everyday Seamless Leggings, £24.50 (Was £35), Gymshark
Gymshark’s Everyday Seamless Leggings are on sale and have been reduced from £35 to £24.50 in every colourway to the delight of shoppers.
The Everyday Leggings are a must-buy, and a welcome alternative to Sweaty Betty’s Rapid Run Leggings, which are also on sale for £47.50 down from £95.
Finding a flattering, yet supportive, pair of gym leggings is a problem many women battle, but these two designs are the two of the most popular options on the market.
Considering the sale prices it makes buying either design, or both, a little more purse-friendly, but if we were to pick just one it makes more sense to opt for the budget-friendly alternative Gymshark leggings in the Gymshark sale.
We have long been supporters of both brands, but in my honest opinion, I prefer the fit of Gymshark designs, as well as the price.
The Gymshark designs are known for being comfortable, durable, and supportive and the same applies to the Everyday Seamless Leggings too.
The Everyday Seamless Leggings are versatile enough to wear to the gym, on a run, or walk, but also as loungewear when working from home, running errands, or heading to the airport.
They’re made from a nylon and elastane blend to provide the stretch, while the high waisted design cinches in your frame and provides a flawless hourglass silhouette.
The Gymshark design is it is seamless, which means no discomfort from seams digging in.
The leggings are long in length and come in various colours, including black, navy blue, burgundy brown and tea, as well as a range in size from extra extra small to extra extra large.
Rapid Run Leggings, £47.50 (Was £95), Sweaty Betty
Sweaty Betty’s Rapid Run Leggings are equally as popular but come at a higher price point than the Gymshark leggings, even when on sale.
The Sweaty Betty Rapid Run leggings retail for £47.50, down from £95, which means they are almost double the price of the Gymshark alternatives.
While the Gymshark Everyday Seamless Leggings are a lightweight design and better suited for low-impact activity, the Rapid Run Leggings are a thicker fabric and suited for all events, including running, HIT training and yoga because of the four-way stretch that provides that vital coverage.
The Sweaty Betty leggings are made from a polyamide and elastane blend, and there is a slightly higher percentage of elastane in this design too.
The fabric is sweat-wicking, as well as stretchy, which is another hugely important factor to help regulate the wearer’s body temperature and draw any sweat or moisture away from the body.
Unlike the Gymshark leggings, this pair of Sweaty Betty leggings have seams, which have been designed for comfort when running, but if you prefer a design without those edges on the inner and outer sides of the legs and crotch, Gymshark may be better suited for you.
The Sweaty Betty leggings are also full length, and while they do come in 7/8 length, they have currently sold out in navy.
While the Rapid Run Leggings are high rise and come just below the belly button, they are not as high-waisted as the Gymshark design, which is a factor to consider for those who prefer more support around the waist.
The running leggings are available in two colourways, black and navy, both of which are on sale, though sizes are selling fast in both lengths and colours.
However, it’s worth noting that both pairs are on sale and expected to sell quickly, so if you’re eyeing up a pair make sure you get them before they go.
