WASHINGTON (NEWS10) -- The U.S. Supreme Court sent a case concerning New York State's gun laws back to lower courts. The case involves a group of six gun owners from New York.
They said a law passed in 2022 that requires a person to demonstrate "good moral character" in order to carry a gun in public violates their Second Amendment rights.
Two other gun cases involving federal firearm bans were also sent back to the lower courts for re-evaluation.
