The County Clerk is the Clerk to the Circuit Court. All case initiations/filings in domestic matters; civil claims in excess of $25,000; and felony matters take place within the Clerk's Office. Personal Protection Orders (PPO) are also filed with the County Clerk. Copies of court records can be obtained at a cost of $1 per page or $10 for the first page and $1 for each additional page for a certified copy.Passport applications are also executed at the Circuit Court Clerk's Office.
