PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – Police have identified the victim in a fatal motorcycle crash that happened on Southeast 82nd Avenue in Portland on June 14.
Authorities say 40-year-old Devin Ratliff was speeding southbound on his motorcycle along 82nd Avenue when he hit the driver's side of a Honda CRV trying to turn off Southeast Mitchell Street.
Officers responded to the scene just north of Southeast Foster Road around 12:40 p.m. and found Ratliff already dead at the scene. The driver of the car involved in the crash remained at the scene to help police with their investigation.
No arrests have been made in this incident.
